why is my computer lagging when listen to music, watch videos, or play games? it was fine last week. I did a virus scan, everything is fine, i checked the task manager and i am only using up like 5% of my CPU, i have 4GB RAM. what the fuck is going on?
it's driving me crazy, i can't watch youtube or netflix because of this problem. i suck with computers

Clear your cache on your browser. Also, be sure you never have more than 3 - 4 programs open at the same time.

how old is your computer ? sometimes your hardware hits a wall and needs to be re formatted

It's like 2-3 years, it's a nice pc too.

Now my mouse glitches up
I cleared my firefox cache so firefox is a bit better.
But my CPU randomly jumps from 3% to 18% up to around 80% then goes back down.

but it wouldnt erase the startup problems that are fucking my PC, anyone know how to do that?
in my start ups i try to remove them but it wont let me.
