Looks like an e-mail "Spoof" to me.

The website is more then likely full of injection scripts for malware and spyware, I would not suggest visiting the site or clicking any links.

Cham, you more then likely posted your e-mail address or signed up for an illegitimate website or your e-mail address was sold to or farmed by spammers.

The way an e-mail spoof works is that the spammer will use your e-mail address as their return address using a e-mail application such as Outlook with an exchange server set-up to bypass authentication to make it look as though you sent the spam.

If you did not send this e-mail Cham let me know and I can give you some pointers on preventing Spoofing on your e-mail address.
